30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased from UTENSILCOVE within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are absolutely free of charge—we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects. For exchanges, we process your replacement order as soon as we receive the returned item. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or full refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer, but typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days after processing. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund has been initiated. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges. This applies to all returns, whether for refund or exchange, provided the item is returned within the 30-day window and meets the condition requirements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping charges. We may request photos of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened food products, single-use items, and personalized or custom-made merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
